1. Agreement
By accessing Ayudoso you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or membership.
2. Nature of Ayudoso
Ayudoso is a long-running publication documenting decisions, experiments, and analytical work across health, learning, creating, and systems.
Membership provides access to writings, records, examples, and tools connected to that documentation.
Ayudoso is not a course, consulting service, support service, coaching program, or technical assistance provider.
Nothing on the site creates an obligation for Ayudoso to help you implement, configure, troubleshoot, or succeed using the material.
3. What You Receive
Membership may include:
- Articles and essays
- Logs and project records
- Case studies and deep dives
- Access to web tools used in the documentation
- Reference examples and technical writeups
These are provided as records of editorial work.
They are not instructions tailored to your situation and may not work for you.
4. No Outcome Guarantee
You understand:
- Content reflects specific circumstances
- Systems may depend on context not visible in the article
- Methods may fail in your environment
- You are responsible for your own decisions and implementations
Ayudoso does not guarantee results or suitability for any purpose.
5. Not Professional Advice
Ayudoso is written by a physician, but it is a publication, not a practice. Nothing here is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and reading it does not create a doctor-patient or any other professional relationship.
Health and medical writing describes general patterns and the reasoning behind decisions. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for care from a clinician who can examine you and knows your history. Do not start, stop, or change any treatment, medication, or health decision based on something you read here. For anything urgent, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.
The same holds across the other pillars. Learning, Creating, and Systems content documents what worked in specific situations. Treat it as a starting point for your own judgment, not as instruction tailored to you.
6. Communication
Email exists for administrative matters only:
- account access
- billing issues
- refund requests
- legal requests
We do not provide individualized consulting or ongoing troubleshooting.
Questions may be discussed publicly and may inform future writing.
7. Membership and Billing
Payments are processed by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
You receive access for the paid period. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund access time.

8. Acceptable Use
You may:
- read and reference the material
- apply ideas in your own projects
- discuss the content respectfully
You may not:
- share accounts
- redistribute member content
- resell or republish the material
- scrape bulk content
- misuse the platform
Accounts violating rules may be terminated.
9. Intellectual Property
All written content, code examples, tools, and materials belong to Ayudoso LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may use ideas and example code in your own work.
You may not redistribute the written material itself.
10. Tools and Experimental Systems
Some tools exist as part of the documented environment and may be visible or temporarily usable by members.
These tools are experimental, may change or be removed at any time, and are not guaranteed to remain available.
Access to experiments does not constitute purchase, license, or entitlement to continued use.
Stable releases, if created, become separate standalone products.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Ayudoso LLC is not liable for damages resulting from use of the site, tools, or information.
Your use of the material is voluntary and at your own risk.
Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Termination
You may cancel at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or abuse.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms as the project evolves. Continued use means acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
Disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.
